Attorney|Jianyi (Betty) LIANG

Betty graduated from China University of Political Science and Law in 1994.

Early in her career, Betty provided legal services to several Guangzhou government agencies, including the Yuexiu District Construction and Water Affairs Bureau, the Relocation Project Office, and the Metro Relocation Office. Her work covered a broad range of matters including property, construction, and administrative litigation.

Betty has served as ongoing legal counsel and financing advisor to China Mobile and a number of other well-known corporations. Over the years, she has built strong working relationships with law firms, accounting firms, tax advisors, and other professional service providers, giving her a well-rounded understanding of corporate strategy, capital operations, HR management, and internal governance. Through this network, she is able to offer both corporate and individual clients a fully integrated suite of services spanning legal counsel, accounting, tax planning, company incorporation, immigration, banking, trust, fund management, and financing.
