Liang graduated from the School of Law at Sun Yat-sen University. He was passionate about the legal profession since college and started legal career upon graduation. His practice focusses on corporate legal counsel and civil/commercial litigation services. Over the years of his practice, Liang has accumulated extensive experience in corporate advisory services and civil/commercial litigation law.

Throughout his career, Liang has served major state-owned telecommunications firms, real estate developers, property management companies, and prominent internet corporations, providing both ongoing legal counsel and specialized legal services. His notable clients include China United Network Communications Co., Ltd. (Guangzhou Branch), China Mobile Communications Group Guangdong Co., Ltd. (Guangzhou Branch), Guangzhou Tianchuang Fashion Footwear Co., Ltd., Guangdong Jinfeng Property Management Group Co., Ltd., Guangdong Zizi International Hospital Management Co., Ltd., and Guangzhou Qiaoyi Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., among others.
